Per-VIN pricing, three deployment tiers

One lookup is one successful verification response for one VIN. A batch request that returns ten results counts as ten lookups. Requests that return an error (invalid VIN, authentication failure) do not count against your quota.

Requests over your monthly quota return an HTTP 429 response. Your quota resets on the first of each calendar month. Overage pricing is available on request for Start and Scale tiers if you need temporary additional capacity.

Yes. Sandbox credentials are included with all tiers. The sandbox environment returns realistic synthetic verification responses against test VINs, letting you build and test your integration before switching to the production endpoint.

All tiers include full coverage for EE, LV, and LT jurisdictions. Scale tier subscribers additionally receive access to expanded EU jurisdiction coverage as additional country integrations complete testing. Enterprise deployments can request prioritization of specific jurisdictions.

Start and Scale tiers are billed monthly with no minimum contract commitment. Enterprise pricing is negotiated on an annual basis given the custom configuration involved.

GoodToKnow is registered in Estonia and operates under EU data protection law. VIN queries are processed under legitimate interest provisions for fraud prevention and risk assessment. A standard Data Processing Agreement is available on request for all tiers. Enterprise tier includes custom DPA and data residency options.
